ข้อเสนอวัตถุประสงค์และฐานการประมวลผลข้อมูล (ฉบับร่าง):
- คำสั่งซื้อ การจัดส่ง และบริการหลังการขาย: ใช้ฐานสัญญาเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ
- การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย: ใช้ฐานหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายสำหรับข้อมูลและกิจกรรมที่กฎหมายกำหนดจริง
- การตรวจสอบผู้ใช้งานและดูแลระบบ: พิจารณาฐานสัญญาหรือประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายตามกิจกรรม โดยประเมินผลกระทบต่อสิทธิของท่าน

เว็บไซต์ใช้ Shopify จึงต้องทบทวนบทบาทและการประมวลผลข้อมูลของแพลตฟอร์ม ตลอดจนแอปที่ติดตั้ง หากมีการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ ต้องตรวจฐานและมาตรการรองรับตามกฎหมายไทยที่ใช้กับการโอนนั้น
05 / ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
ต้องระบุระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาหรือเกณฑ์ระยะเวลาที่คาดหมายได้ให้สอดคล้องกับประเภทข้อมูล วัตถุประสงค์ และหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย ไม่ใช้ระยะเวลาเดียวครอบคลุมข้อมูลทุกประเภทโดยไม่มีเหตุผลรองรับ
คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีใกล้เคียงอาจใช้เพื่อให้เว็บไซต์ทำงาน จดจำการตั้งค่า วิเคราะห์การใช้งาน หรือทำการตลาด ตามเครื่องมือที่เปิดใช้จริง วัตถุประสงค์แต่ละประเภทต้องอาศัยฐานกฎหมายที่เหมาะสม

การขอลบหรือถอนความยินยอมไม่ทำให้หน้าที่เก็บข้อมูลตามกฎหมายสิ้นสุดลงโดยอัตโนมัติ การตอบคำขอต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและกำหนดเวลาของสิทธินั้น

This notice describes how Outdoor Heaven Online Company Limited (the “Company”) processes personal data relating to visitors, customers and enquiries concerning thailandoutdoorshop.com, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
- Contact data: name, delivery address, telephone number and email.
- Transaction data: orders, purchase history and payment-related information.
- Usage data: IP address, cookies and website interactions.
Data may be provided through your interactions with the Company or collected through website functions. Collection should be limited to what is necessary for the stated purposes.
03 / Purposes and legal bases
Proposed purposes and legal bases (draft):
- Orders, delivery and after-sales: contractual necessity, where needed to provide the service.
- Legal duties: legal obligation for processing actually required by applicable law.
- Account verification and system operation: assess contractual necessity or legitimate interests for each activity, taking your rights into account.

04 / Recipients and overseas transfers
Necessary data may be disclosed to delivery providers, payment providers, legally authorised authorities, and platform or system providers actually involved in operating the service.
The website uses Shopify. Its processing roles and installed apps must therefore be reviewed. Any overseas transfer must have an applicable legal basis and safeguards under Thai law.

- Withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing, without invalidating earlier lawful processing.
- A complaint to the competent Expert Committee under the PDPA through the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Erasure requests or consent withdrawal do not automatically remove legal retention duties. Each request is subject to the conditions and time limits applicable to that right.
